Frequently asked questions.

A: We specialize in Silica Sol Investment Casting (Lost Wax Casting) for high-precision stainless steel and alloy steel parts. We generally follow the ISO 8062 CT5-CT7 standard for linear tolerances. For critical dimensions requiring tighter tolerances, we utilize our in-house CNC machining capabilities to ensure your exact specifications are met.
A: Yes, there is a one-time tooling cost required to create the wax pattern mold. However, you (the customer) retain full ownership of the mold. We will store and maintain the mold in our facility for your future orders at no extra cost. If the mold wears out due to high-volume production, we will repair or replace it at our expense.
A: Absolutely. We provide a one-stop solution. Besides casting, we offer precision CNC machining (turning, milling). We also offer various surface treatments based on your needs, such as shot blasting, sandblasting, mirror polishing, electropolishing, passivation, and pickling, ensuring parts are ready for assembly upon delivery.
A: Please send your inquiry via our contact form or email. To provide an accurate quote, we typically need:
-
3D Drawings (STEP, IGS, or X_T format) for volume and geometry analysis.
-
2D Drawings (PDF or DWG) with material grade, weight, and tolerance requirements marked.
-
Estimated Quantity per order/year. (We typically respond with a quote within 24-48 hours.)
A: Typically, it takes 20-30 days for tooling design, manufacturing, and T1 sample delivery. Once the samples are approved, the standard lead time for mass production is approximately 25-35 days, depending on the order quantity and complexity of the machining required. We can also accommodate urgent orders upon discussion.
